Reheating Instructions
FROZEN SIOPAO REHEATING INSTRUCTION
Steamer Reheating Instructions:
• Remove product from bag and place desired number of pieces for reheating.
• Cover with lid and cook at steam mode for 20 minutes.
• Allow to stand for 1 minute before handling reheated food. Ensure product temperature reaches 165°F after reheating.
Microwave Reheating Instructions:
• Remove product from bag and place on a microwave safe container.
• Cover frozen siopao with a moist paper towel.
• Microwave 1 piece on high for 1 ½ minutes; add 1 minute for each additional piece.
• Allow to stand for 1 minute before handling.
• Ensure product internal temperature reaches 165°F. These directions are based on a 1100-watt microwave oven; lower wattage may require longer reheating time.
• Notes: Check product temperature with a food thermometer. Caution on handling product will be hot. Consume product within 5 minutes of reheating for best quality.

Steamer Reheating Instructions:
• Remove product from bag and place desired number of pieces for reheating.
• Cover with lid and cook at steam mode for 10 minutes.
• Allow to stand for 1 minute before handling reheated food.
• Ensure product temperature reaches 165° F after reheating.
Microwave Reheating Instructions:
• Remove product from bag and place the required quantity for microwave reheating in a microwave safe container.
• Arrange frozen siomai in single layer with open surface facing up and cover with a moist paper towel. Microwave product as follows: 1-5 pieces- 1.5 minutes; 6-10 pieces: 3 minutes; 11-15 pieces- 4.5 minutes; 16-20 pieces- 6 minutes.
• Allow product to stand for 30 seconds before handling reheated food. Ensure product temperature reaches 165° F
after reheating.
• These directions are based on a 1000 watt microwave; cooking time may be adjusted base don actual wattage of unit. Best product quality when consumed within 5 minutes after reheating.
NOODLE SOUP PRODUCTS
• Pour soup into a microwave safe container or a metal pot that is safe to use on the stove. Add any meat components and cabbage into the soup.
• Transfer other solids (noodles, egg, and/or garnishing) into a heat safe bowl.
• Discard the packaging. Do not heat any packaging components.
• (For Microwave) Cover the food with a clean damp/dry paper towel or plastic wrap to minimize splashing and improve heating depending on preference.
• (For Gas Stove) Cover the food with an applicable pot lid to prevent splashing and improve heating depending on preference.
• Refer to suggested heating times per serving.
• Check product temperature and ensure that the internal temperature is at least 165°F after heating completes/finished assembly.
• Consume immediately.
NOTE: DO NOT overcrowd cooking containers to ensure even and efficient heating. (Participants) Ensure that you have a calibrated thermometer to check for temperature before and after heating.
